The D-790 Series Gen 3+ Night Vision Sight is a high-power 6.0x sight that is superior for medium- and long-range engagements and is designed to achieve the outstanding accuracy in the most unfavorable conditions. The D-790 Series sights are offered with Photonis ECHO (BE72790MGP, BE72790MGPW), MIL-spec L3 Gen 3+ green phosphor (BE73790HDU) or white phosphor (BE73790HDUW) image intensifier tube and are built using high definition (HD) multi-coated optics. The HD Optics allows the sight to outperform similar NV systems with standard optics by providing 20% better recognition and detection ranges. The D-790 sight is loaded with neat features such as manual gain control to manually adjust the image brightness depending on the ambient light conditions and a dual color Mil-Dot red-on-green or yellow-on-green reticle with adjustable brightness. The rugged polyamide molded housing is nitrogen-purged and comes with a specially designed valve to refill the sight with nitrogen gas if needed. The sight is water resistant, dust- and shock-proof.
