EAGTAC adopts current regulated high efficiency circuit to manage current that goes through the LED.
Maximum 100+ hours runtime
D25LC2 Mini runs for 100 (and up) hours on its lowest 3 lumen brightness level. The current regulated and non-PWM dimming circuit design allows constant and non-flashing output throughout its runtime for all output levels.
At turbo mode (highest brightness level), D25LC2 Mini current regulates for 1.5 hours using two EAGTAC CR123A batteries. When using a single 18650 battery, runtime will be extended with slightly lower turbo output (it happens when battery voltage drops below LED forward voltage).
C1500M circuit
We use current regulation method to control the amount of current going through the LED for all output levels. This results in constant brightness output regardless of battery type, LED model, and temperature/voltage change .

Turbo boost technology
1) Turbo boost technology is activated every time you turn on at turbo output setting. It offers 20% more power to the LED for the first 200 seconds at turbo mode.
2) O.T.F. (Out-the-front) is the total overall light output being emitted from the flashlight. This measurement is generally more accurate as it takes into consideration the loss from reflector/lens/bezel. EAGTAC O.T.F. Lumen output is measured using a calibrated integrated sphere one minute after turning on the flashlight.

Cool White output
This gives you the maximum brightness output in its class. It offers 493 LED lumen at turbo mode with industrial leading efficiency (92.6 lumen/watt at turbo mode and 160+ lumen/watt at lower mode).
Neutral White output
If you need awesome beam output out in the woods, or areas with a lot of green vegetation, use our neutral white LED as it offers higher CRI (Color rendering index) compared to cool white LED. Neutral white LED renders color like the sun in the afternoon. Neutral white LED is approximately 7% dimmer than our top binned cool white LED, but it's well worth the ability to see the real color of your surrounding.
