Phoebus Tactical Rescue XL Flashlight with CREE XM-L LED is an awesomely bright five-mode tactical light using the latest 3-watt CREE XM-L LED. This Tactical Light by Phoebus features pre-selected modes with a rotating ring in the tail cap switch. With cap rotated fully counter-clockwise, switch is locked off to guard against accidental activation. Rotating ring clockwise first selects a Dimming mode, from 5% to 85% brightness. Holding switch down ramps brightness to Full, indicated by a double flash. Holding switch down again ramps brightness to Low, indicated by a double flash. The circuitry remembers the last brightness setting and returns to that setting when re-activated. Next rotation selection is Firefly mode (1 lumen), then Momentary Strobe and Momentary Full On. At Full, the Rescue XL generates 1000 lumens in a Turbo mode for one minute, switching to 750 lumens after that. Phoebus Tactical PR-XL Rescue Light has materials that are aircraft grade aluminum with Type III black anodizing, and a stainless steel strike bezel. Generous knurling on the flashlight body grips solidly in the hand. Phoebus PR-XL 5-Mode Light also features an IPX-8 waterproof rating, which means the Rescue XL can be submerged up to 5 feet for thirty minutes without damage. Shock damping front and rear make it ideal for weapon mounting. Phoebus Rescue XL measures 6.5 inches long, has a bezel diameter of 1 3/8 inches, weighs 7.5 ounces and operates with two CR123A type batteries or one rechargeable 18650 Lithium Ion battery. Two CR123A batteries, a Belt Pouch, Lanyard and a Removable Clip are included. A plastic sizing tube is included for use with CR123A batteries.
