The Opti-Logic XT Series Ballistics-Compensated Angle Laser Rangefinder w/ Internal LED Display combines a pulsed laser rangefinder and a vertical angle sensor in a lightweight, easy-to-use package that is ideal for applications which require precision distance measurements uphill or downhill. These hand-held Opti-Logic XT Series Ballistics-Compensated Angle Laser Rangefinders are capable of measuring Line-of-Sight and Horizontal distances to non-cooperative targets from 4 yards up to 800 yards away, depending on model, target size and reflectivity. Using an internal electronic tilt sensor, the Opti-Logic XT Ballistics-Compensated Angle Laser Range Finder is also capable of automatically correcting for vertical angle with 0.1 degree resolution to provide the true horizontal distance to an uphill or downhill target. True horizontal distance is especially important for any application that requires an exact measurement.
The Opti-Logic XT Ballistics Angle Compensated Laser Rangefinder has two modes. In mode 1, it measures Line-of-Sight distance and in mode 2, it measures horizontal distance. What's the difference? Line-of-Sight distance is: "The distance from the rangefinder to the target". Horizontal distance is: "The distance from the rangefinder to a point horizontal to the rangefinder directly above or below the target". What does it mean? It means aiming at a target below or above your position and getting the true distance that you need to calculate your trajectory. No guesses, no mental computations, no counting your fingers and toes. Just read the distance on the internal LED or external LCD display.
Opti-Logic XT Ballistics Angle Compensated Laser Rangefinders have a simple one-button operation, are powered by a single nine-volt battery, measure a minimum of four yards and have an automatic rain mode which ignores highly reflective rain drops with no compromise to the other features. They are accurate to three feet and can be set to measure in feet, yards or meters. With several models to choose from the application are endless with an Opti-Logic XT Ballistics-Compensated Angle Laser Rangefinder in your hunting arsenal. Measuring 3.8"L X 1.8"H X 5.1"W each horizontally oriented unit is easily managed and readily stored in its included Cordura-like carrying case. Powered by a single 9V battery, the instrument has an automatic shut-off when the instrument is not in use to save battery and can be used for months without replacement of its power source.
