The Leatherwood M-1000 ART Auto Ranging Trajectory Rifle Scope is an extremely advanced sighting system traced back to the U.S. Army's Vietnam-era ART scope. This Leatherwood M1000 ART 2.5x-10x44mm Camputer Rifle Scope is designed by a US Army officer, Jim Leatherwood and has a 3-9X variable; it was intended to be extremely quick and easy to employ out to 900 yards. To use the Leatherwood M-1000 ART Auto Ranging Trajectory Rifle Scope, all the shooter has to do is place the reticle on the target, zoom in to "FRAME" an area of known size (i.e. the 18" height of a buck's chest cavity), AIM, and squeeze the trigger to "SHOOT". It all takes less than 5 seconds, and the shooter's eye never leaves the scope! The Leatherwood/Leatherwood/Hi-Lux Optics M-1000 2.5-10x44mm Rifle Scope features interchangeable modular cams that make it simpler than ever to precisely calibrate the scope for just about any center-fire rifle cartridge - from .223 to .50 BMG. The shooter can switch cams in a minute or less!
