The Specter Gear First Responder Plate Carrier Vest was developed for law enforcement patrol personnel to be a top of the line hard armor plate carrier that is ideal for active shooter and other high risk patrol operations. The Specter Gear Plate Carrier First Responder Tactical Vest provides the ability to carry life saving rifle resistant armor and load carriage ability for long guns that will typically be used during high risk calls, yet won't interfere with critical duty equipment already being worn. The front and back panels on the First Responder Plate Carrier are no larger than necessary to accommodate the armor plates. The shoulder straps are angled to provide optimal clearance for shouldering long guns and feature removable and adjustable 2 wide pads with 3/8 thick closed cell foam padding. Each shoulder pad also features three routing channels. The front and back panels each have 3 rows of modular attachment webbing with 6 attachment columns for mounting MOLLE/PALS compatible modular pouches. The front and back panels of the Specter Gear Plate Carrying First Responders Vest also each feature 4 high x 8 wide Velcro loop panels for use with Velcro hook backed identification patches. The waist belt of the Specter Gear First Responder Plate Carrier is 2 wide and features nice large 2 wide side release buckles. This makes this carrier very fast to put on and easy to adjust on the fly.
