The Samson Commanderscope 8x42mm Monocular designed to replace binoculars currently used by military and law enforcement personnel. The light weight Samson 8x42mm Commander Scope w/ Porro BAK4 Prism is easily carried in a pouch on the soldier's MOLLE and can be rapidly deployed to quickly identify distances to the target. The Samson Waterproof 8x42mm Commanderscope Monocular will eliminate the "double image" usually experienced with binoculars. Its large objective lens is designed for low light conditions and ideal for twilight and cloudy weather. A built in reticle allows for more accurate distance assessment and the built in Compass makes it easy to acquire target azimuth measurements. The Samson Commander Scope 8x42 Monocular is waterproof (up to 0.5 meter) to sustain any weather condition.
