Printing thermometers provide hard copy for QC documentation in clinical, industrial, governmental, and educational laboratories. Thermometers store and print temperature (including maximum, minimum, and average readings) and time of day/date/month at any programmed interval or by manual command. Printout shows exact times of high/low temperatures. Automatic printing interval may be programmed to print at any minute interval from three seconds to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. Thermometer features continuous and simultaneous display of temperature and time on two-line LCD with 1.3cm (1/2") high digits. Temperature display updates every second. Time is displayed to the exact minute in 24-hour format. Alarm may be set to sound when temperature rises above or falls below set points, and may be used to trigger an external device.
Thermometers are supplied with fast response stainless steel dual probe, which allows the temperature of the first probe, the second probe, or the difference between the two to be displayed and recorded. Probe is triple-purpose for liquid, air/gas and semi-solids, and measures 20.3cm (8") in length and 0.4cm (1/8") in diameter. Probe has fast-response type K beaded sensor and 127cm (50") cable. ABS case is chemical- and shock-resistant.
Fulfills federal requirements for CLIA specification 493.1252. A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Ordering Information: One-year warranty. Supplied with probe and cable, six AAA batteries, one lithium battery, two thermal paper rolls for 1300 printings, and ABS carrying case. Thermometer accepts J, K, T, and E probes.
