Pipettors feature the convenience of electronic pipetting in a configuration similar to a manual pipettor. Operating modes include forward/reverse pipetting, mixing, step-wise pipetting, and dilution of up to three liquids. The variable working speed allows accurate pipetting of viscous liquids. Display can be set for left- or right-handed users. The JustTip* adjustable tip ejector allows the use of most pipet tips. Easy-to-change battery packs reduce pipettor downtime when switched out with an extra battery pack. Interchangeable volumetric modules reduce cost by expanding the capacity of an existing pipettor. Volumetric modules without the battery/handsets are autoclavable to 121°C (250°F).
