ASTM-Type (not ASTM). Partial immersion thermometers are made with the same exacting quality as ASTM precision thermometers, except calibrated for 108mm (41/4") immersion. Total immersion thermometers meet or exceed all requirements of ASTM E-1 before fluoropolymer resin encapsulation.

Length: 379mm (1415/16"). Each instrument is individually calibrated against National Institute of Standards and Technology Traceable equipment. A certificate is provided outlining the traceability, tests, and results.
