As one of the most well-known Advanced Combat Optical Gunsights (ACOG), the 4x32 TA31RCO-M855 from Trijicon uses advanced technology to help with target acquisition and optical clarity. This is because the tritium illuminates the aiming point in total darkness, while the fiber optic self-adjusts the reticle brightness during dayling according to ambient lighting conditions.
