The 5.56 Mag Pouch Medical Insert provides you the option to carry individual first aid supplies inside a mag pouch instead of having to add an additional dedicated medic pouch or IFAK to your gear. The insert features heavy duty elastic loops of various sizes to secure a variety of first aid supplies, a red webbing handle for quick identification and removal and it unfolds flat for easy access. The insert is designed to fit inside a standard double 5.56 magazine pouch or larger, but some larger first aid supplies may require a wider pouch such as our Double 7.62 Mag Pouch (shown). Measures 19 3/4in long x 3in wide when opened. Folded dimensions will vary depending on your first aid configuration.
