Stealth Armor Systems are making Dragon Skin in an "In-Conjunction-With level 3+" flex plate offering, and they are confident in it's performance to the point where they will guarantee level 3 performance when you place this flex panel in front of any NIJ 0101.06 Certified 3-A panel within it's expiration date. The overlapping tile designs makes it perform better than a uniform thick hard plate without much of a weight penalty.
