The Prism Jacket from Montane is an insulated, windproof, hooded jacket.

Features:

• The Prism has received a reworked hood, designed to work either over a cragging helmet or under a full mountaineering helmet
• Chest pocket area features 40g PRIMALOFT Eco in front of and behind the pockets giving this area 80g of insulation in total
• Roll-away hood with volume adjuster, single-hand operated non-whip face aperture draw-cords and wired peak
• Full length, reversed and baffled open one-way front zip with semi-auto locking puller
• Two double insulated chest pockets positioned clear of waist belt or harness
• Single-hand operated adjustable elasticated draw-cord hem
• DWR Beardguard chin guard and stuffs into hand-warmer pocket
• Reflective trim and self fabric elasticated cuffs
• As with all MONTANE clothing PERTEX fabric contains a Durable Water Repellency (DWR) as the first barrier to keeping you dry. Clean your garment in order to maintain this.
• Machine wash in warm water at 40C/104F with a mild soap. MONTANE recommends that you use Nikwax Tech Wash.
• DO NOT use fabric softeners or bleach.
• It may be required every 6 months or so to reproof the garment to restore its water repellency. MONTANE recommends Nikwax TX Direct.
