Leica Photar Lenses are three special lenses by Leica for use with Leica Photar Adapter on leica Focusing Bellow R BR 2. These Leica Digital Camera Accessories are fitted on the Leica Focusing Bellows R BR 2 using the Leica Photar adapter R, and provide the following magnifications. Extreme close-ups to a magnification of 17.5:1 are possible with the Focusing Bellows R BR 2 by Leica. The bellows extension, and thus the magnification, is infinitely variable up to a maximum extension of 164 mm. The point focus can be adjusted precisely by means of an integrated adjuster carriage. All Leica R lenses from 50 to 180 mm focal length are usable with this camera accessory by Leica, while still retaining automatic diaphragm function. With the Leica Summicron-R 50 mm f/2, for example, depending on the set fosucing distance, magnifications from 1:1 to 3.2:1 are attainable, corresponding to object field sizes of 24 x 36 up to 7.5 x 11.3 mm.
