These 100% continuous-filament polyester wipers are constructed in a double-knit, no-run interlock pattern that is excellent for cleaning process equipment. All four cut edges of the wiper are thermally sealed. The border seal provides a protective edge around the body of each wiper for minimum particle generation. Suitable for use in ISO Class 3 (FED-STD-209E Class 1/M1.5) environments. To reduce particulation, wiper TWTX1010 is Vectra processed and wiper TWTX1012 is laundered in an ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10/M2.5) cleanroom.
