Coronado Double Stacking Filters for SolarMax II Telescopes feature a narrowband element front unit filter and a T-Max de-tuning device. The Double Stack Filter by Coronado is useful for your solarscope as it will give you a better view of an image. These Coronado Double Stack Filters will provide a higher contrast and greater surface detail of the sun through your Coronado Solarscope. The Double Stack Coronado Filter works by lowering the 0.7 Å (angstrom) bandwidth to 0.5 Å. This lower bandwidth will allow for spectacular images and surface features, such as prominences above the Sun's disc, which are not normally seen in the 0.7 Å bandwidth. The Solarmax II Double-Stacking Filter fits directly to the front of your Telescope Accessories with the use of Adapter Plates for Double Stacking Filters.
