Ideal for reading temperatures in reagents, water baths, foods, air, and semisolids. Great for use in any deep vessel. Durable stainless steel and plastic construction makes it safer than mercury thermometers. Digital display conveniently rotates 180° to a vertical position, or to a horizontal position, for viewing sample and temperature simultaneously. Bright LCD digits are 6.4mm (1/4") high and easier to read than pointer or mercury thermometers.

Probe is resistant to acids, bases, solvents, and most laboratory chemicals. Long stem allows user to make measurements while stirring solutions. Change between °F and °C with the press of a button. Readings are updated every second. Weigh less than 28g (1oz.).

A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
