Stomacher sample bags are designed with the resiliency necessary to withstand the paddle action of the Stomacher lab blenders. Sterile, polyethylene bags are 65µm (2.5mil) thick per layer. Standard bags, suitable for most applications, can be used with all laboratory blenders. Strainer bags, for processing gritty samples that could cause pipette blockage, and closure bags, for sample storage or to prevent sample loss, are available for use with Seward Stomacher Model 400C only.

Strainer bag. For Seward Stomacher* 400 (58976-916, -960). Working Volume: 80-400mL. Features 65um thick polyethylene. Inner plastic mesh bag retains sample, prevents puncturing of the bag. Gamma irradiated to ensure sterility.
