In the same way that the Leather Wing holster represented the evolution of the original all KYDEX holster, the MAP (Modular Accessory Pouch) system from BlackPoint is the natural evolution of the original mag pouch. As opposed too rigid, all KYDEX pouches, the MAP system is a series of minimalist KYDEX pouches connected with our leather wings to create a single, flexible system. We can construct MAP pouches for a wide variety of belt mounted accessories including pistol mags, rifle mags, cuffs, hand held lights, and multi-tools. The leather wings provide flexibility for the entire system to wrap around the contours of the waist which makes it comfortable for the wearer. In addition to added comfort, this allows the entire system to sit very close to the body which aids in the concealment of the entire system. All MAP pouches are constructed from .080" KYDEX to provide the optimal blend between durability and overall size. The MAP systems can be affixed to a normal belt using your selection of our all metal belt mounting hardware which is available in a variety of different belt sizes. It can also be configured for attachment to your favorite MOLLE system for use in a more overt role. These pouches work especially well on a battle belt to provide fast access pouches without creating additional bulk. Another neat feature of the MAP lies in its modularity. You can add, subtract or rearrange the pouches at any time, by simply unscrewing the pouches and then re-attaching them in the new configuration. This helps avoid the stereotypical box of old gear in the corner which is no longer used. As your needs change, you can adapt your MAP system to those new needs.
