This multifunction tool is made from molded polycarbonate and features a three-tined fork, rocker knife on the back edge, and a strong handle for manipulating the knife edge and fork tines. Cutters are sold in pairs so that one may be used for holding the material and the other for cutting and removing samples. Autoclavable to 121°C (250°F); safe for washing in a commercial dishwasher.
