This Listing comes with the optic sight, a Picatinny Mounting Plate and a Pistol plate for Ruger Security 9 full size and Ruger Security 9 compact size pistols by replacing factory rear sight. This pistol plate does NOT fit any other pistol models such as Ruger SR9, SR40, SR Series and any other pistols. Installing the aftermarket optic plate is not simply ''plug and play''. ADE recommend having a qualified gunsmith to install.

When you first receive an ADE red dot. It has a picatinny mounting plate pre-assembled. Please use the allen wrench provided to take out the 2 hex screws on the top behind the glass frame. It will disconnect the red dot from the picatinny mounting plate. You will then be able to attach the red dot to a variety of handgun mounting plates
